    Check-in is from 3:00 PM. As we are an unmanned hotel, we use a self-check-in system. For security, the main entrance is locked 24 hours a day. By the day before your stay, we will send the PIN for the first-floor entrance to the mobile phone number you registered at the time of booking via SMS (text message).

    *After checking in, you can use your room PIN to enter and exit the main entrance.
    *If you are unable to check your messages, please contact us by phone.

    Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
    No check-out procedure is required. You may depart directly from your room.

    We do not have a parking lot. If you are arriving by car, please use a nearby paid parking lot.

    When bookings are made separately, our staff may not notice they are for a consecutive stay. Therefore, if you make an additional booking, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone to inform us.
    Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability, but we will do our best to assist you.

    Q.When are cancellation fees charged?

    Cancellation fees are charged starting from the day before your scheduled check-in date.
    The cancellation fee is 20% for the day before arrival, 80% on the day of arrival, and 100% for a no-show.

    We do not permit guests to stay with pets.
